  HotelCUBE is an integrated suite for the hospitality industry.


• Is HotelCUBE one version only?
  No, it isn't. HotelCUBE has 3 versions: Smart, New Generation and International. The Smart version has only basic functions while International is the full version.


• Where can I read the different among the versions?
  You can read it on the web page "Products against".


• May I see the product?
  You can see HotelCUBE throught "DEMO ON LINE". You have just to book an appointment with the Sales Area.


• May I have a demonstrational program on my PC?
  HotelCUBE Smart can be downloaded directly from the web site and installed on the PC. For the orher version you have to contact a free number 840.000.261.


• Are HotelCUBE Smart similar to the other versions?
  No, they aren't. HotelCUBE New Generation and HotelCUBE International have more funcionalities than others. The four products are complitely different.


• Why do I have to choose HotelCUBE?

• Is HotelCUBE compatible with Windows Vista?
  Yes, it is. All version of HotelCUBE are compatible.


• Is HotelCUBE compatible with Windows 7?
  Yes, it is. All version of HotelCUBE are compatible.


• Is HotelCUBE compatible with x64 Operative System?
  Yes, it is. All version of HotelCUBE are compatible.


• Can I install HotelCUBE to a PC with Linux system?
  HotelCUBE can be installed only to a PC with Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 2003 Server and Windows 2008 Server.


• Can I install HotelCUBE to a PC with Apple system?
  If Apple system has the emulation of Windows HotelCUBE, can be used. We advice to check the performances.


• Which are the requirements?
  The version Smart and New Generation must have 512 MB RAM and 100 MB Hard Disk. The HotelCUBE International must have at least 2 GB RAM and 1 GB Hard Disk.


• Do you have to use a special printer?
  For the bills you can use a laser printer, inkjet printer and pin-printer.. For the other prints you cannot use the pin-printer.


• Which databese does HotelCUBE use?
  HotelCUBE uses Access databese for Smart Monouser Version; Microsoft SQL Server for Smart Multiuser, New Generation and International.


• Can HotelCUBE be connect to other systems?
  HotelCUBE Smart can be connect to whichever telephone exchange and in this case it is possibile to charge the phone call on the bill room. HotelCUBE New Generation and International can bo connect to the majoriy of the Pay TV, telephone exchanges, badge and more on.


• Is HotelCUBE only Front Office?
  No it isn't. In additional we have Moduls like Sales and catering system, central reservation system, revenue management system, CRM, workflow and more.


• Can HotelCUBE be connect to account systems?
  HotelCUBE New Generation and International versions can be connect to the main account systems.


• Is a school version of HotelCUBE?
  There is an HotelCUBE Educational version with special prices.


• Is HotelCUBE connectet to OpenOffice?
  No, it isn't. The HotelCUBE moduls are connected to all the Microsoft Office versions (97, 2000, 2003, 2007 and 2010).
