The help desk service include all kind support by phone or e-mail about our suite HotelCUBE.

The help desk assistance is free for all the customer that have pay an annual fee subscribe.

The help desk schedule is as a follow:

  • From Monday to Friday from 08.00am to 01.00pm and from 02.00pm to 06.00pm.
  • Pre-Holiday and Holiday from 08.00am to 01.00pm

Our customer service is also available 24 hours on request.

Our training are also available by remote access.

Requirements:

  • PC with a connection ADSL
  • PC with a sound system
